Are you overwhelmed and intimidated by the thought of helping your high school senior apply for college? Whether you’re doing this for the first time, or you just want to receive some guidance and help, the goal of this support group is to help you complete the tasks bit by bit so that you are not swamped as the deadlines approach.
We will talk about the advantages of applying Early Action, the pros and cons of Early Decision, the Common App, and the UC and CSU apps. We will also set aside some time for you to get started on your counselor’s recommendation letter and to understand how you can support your student in gathering his/her information as early as possible. Join us and meet other families with high school seniors as we tackle college apps and pray for God’s sovereign guidance for our students and ourselves.
