Do you find yourself accumulating countless questions about homeschooling high school with college in mind? How can you best support your student—not simply in taking classes to check off the list, but also in promoting meaningful conversations and prayer time about his/her potential career? This support group will provide a time for you to slow down and seek God’s guidance in revealing how He created your student, and how those giftings relate to his/her career down the road. What extracurricular activities should you emphasize? What community service activities are better than others? How do you integrate and build leadership experiences?

Your family’s decision to work toward transfer admission or toward freshman admission at a 4-year college will make a difference in the way you plan your homeschooling. Whether your first child is in middle school and you’re intimidated by homeschooling high school—or already in high school and you’re exploring options—this support group seeks to provide answers and clarity to your family’s homeschool journey. Consistent meeting times guided by “veterans” will help you address your questions and concerns. You’ll not only receive ongoing support in how to navigate the high school years, but you will also experience the joy and peace of bringing your concerns to our Almighty God as we integrate prayer time for our children and ourselves.
