Are you a high school or college student feeling overwhelmed & stressed when studying for tests? Does time fly by when you're doing homework, while accomplishing little and missing deadlines? Are you easily distracted and struggling to absorb new information?

In this science-based approach to learning and executive function, you will learn to make the most of your energy and time studying, while also successfully juggling all your various obligations and activities without anxiety or stress.

In this course, students will learn to:

  • Understand the brain and the learning process

  • Utilize learning tools, strategies, and tricks

  • Read effectively

  • Take notes efficiently

  • Test well with confidence

  • Prioritize, organize, plan, and manage time

  • Harness procrastination

  • Become an independent learner
